Encouraging employees' voice behavior through Islamic work ethics: The role of team cohesion

چکیده

The current study aims to open new insights into employee voice through religiosity and team cohesion approaches. Specifically, this examines the effect of Islamic work ethics (IWE) as an antecedent voice. research model includes intermediate moderator roles provide a more comprehensive insight explaining employees IWE. data were collected from 227 university lecturers using time-lagged approach; was analyzed with PLS-SEM. analysis results confirmed all hypotheses where IWE is positively related Additionally, it has been demonstrated that determines voice, mediation, moderation in relationship between voice.
 Public interest statement
 Employees can helpful information regarding procedures, difficulties encountered, areas for development. Companies may utilize their identify issues, examine origins, develop efficient solutions by incorporating people problem-solving decision-making. This offers studying religious approach cohesion.
